Located in the historic port of Køge, Braunstein was started up in the new millenium and has been producing quality Danish wisky. They use exclusivly first fill barrels and grow their own yeast. Different yeast is used in the peated or non peated varieties of whisky. It is one of Denmarks finest micro distilleries and worthy on any shelf.
