FLÓKI is the first handcrafted 100% organic Icelandic barley whisky from the Eimverk Distillery.   Being grown at the arctic circle  results in a lower starch content . Using 50% more barley per bottle, gives a strong spicy undertone .  Eimverk is the first distillery in Iceland to start making whisky in 2009. The first single malt was released in  2017, with some very unique variations becoming available as the distillery grows.
